If not for the generosity of others....where would we be?
Being a private educational institution, Holy Cross is dependent upon tuition paid by families and by the donations and generosity of our parish, community and others. We are thankful for every effort, every resource and every dollar that is given to our school. There are numerous fundraising events every year that invite the public and parish into our doors. We also deeply appreciate donated time and effort from people in our community that may have talents that will benefit our school. Below is a description of events that occur yearly and ways that you can become part of our fantastic community with your giving! Thank you in advance.
2012-2013 Fundraiser Events (further details and times will be posted when announced)
Mattress Fundraiser - in need of a new mattress? We gather the best options and invite you to shop one Saturday this fall to make a purchase that allows Holy Cross to earn a percentage of the price paid.
Fun Run - 5K Adult Road Race and Kid's Run Saturday, October 20th. Be part of our 5K road race and feel good about supporting Holy Cross. There will be a BBQ after the race for families to visit and be amongst friends.
Christmas Fair Friday, November 30th and Saturday, Dec 1st. Nothing is quite like enjoying the spirit and warmth of Christmas and even better when you see children lit up with the holiday spirit. We enjoy craft sales, raffles, music, food and other fun events in the celebration of Jesus and of joy of friends and family.
Irish Dinner and Holy Cross School Trivia Night March - Some great food and even better company to warm us up late this winter. Check in for more details on this event.
Holy Cross Auction - May 2013 - A big night of fun with many auction items from small to large to bid on. A great meal, entertaining live auction and more. We benefit not only from attendees but also from donations that may be added to our auction items.
Your Purchases can Pay Off -
Did you know that Holy Cross collects and submits "Boxtops For Education" from lots of common grocery items we all purchase. We would love your donations of these "boxtops" because each one is worth 10 cents. Target "Take Charge of Education"

Volunteerism
Other ways you can become involved at Holy Cross -
Becoming a an assistant in the main office to help with marketing projects, handing out bandaids or other miscellaneous needed tasks
Chairing or serving on an HSA committee
Coaching a team
Working on fundraising and/or spiritual events
Serving the Cluster Parishes or helping us to get school information to other cluster churches
Sharing your skills or resources to help us with school improvements, projects or small donations of item
